Section 37(iii) in The Rajasthan Public Trust Rules, 1962
(iii)The decisions of the committee of management shall be recorded in writing with signature of the Chairman appeared thereto and such decisions shall form the record of the committee. The committee shall take all measures to implement their decisions.
