Section 1 in Uttar Pradesh Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Labour Welfare Fund, Act, 1965.(2)It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [The Act came into force w.e,f. November 16, 1965 in the whole of Uttar Pradesh vide notification no. 1698 (LL)XXXVI (D)-263 (LL)-65, dated Nov. 10, 1965.] as the State Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
