Section 1(3) in Uttar Pradesh Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965
(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [The Act came into force w.e,f. November 16, 1965 in the whole of Uttar Pradesh vide notification no. 1698 (LL)XXXVI (D)-263 (LL)-65, dated Nov. 10, 1965.] as the State Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
