(c)A certificate of medical fitness from a Medical Officer not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon for the categories of posts included in groups 'A' and 'B' and not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon for categories of posts included in Groups /C/ and 'D' that he is physically fit for the posts for which he is to be appointed and that he does not suffer any disability and contagious diseases which would affect the discharge of his duties in the University.
