13. Power to specify the size and quality of the fish seed.
- The Government may, in consultation with the State Fish Seed Centre, by notification, specifY,-(a)the minimum size with respect to any fish seed of any notified kind or variety;(b)the mark or label to indicate that fish seed conforms to the size, source of seed and free from disease and pathogen, infections and other particulars as may be specified from time to time by Government.
