6. Term of Elected Members.
(1)An elected member of the Committee shall cease to be member thereof if he ceases to be a member of the Municipality on Zila Panchayat as the case may be.(2)A vacancy arising under sub-section (1) or by reason of death or resignation of a member shall be filled in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.
