143. Institution of suits by presentation of statement of claim - Suits before the Deputy Commissioner under this Act shall be instituted by presenting a statement of claim showing,-
(a)the name, description and place of abode of the plaintiff;(b)the name, description and place of abode of the defendant so far as they can be ascertained;(c)the substance to the claim; and(d)the date of the cause of action.
