Section 77(1) in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 2014
(1)No person shall be appointed as the Librarian except on the recommendation of a selection committee constituted for the purpose and consisting of-(a)the Vice-Chancellor, ex officio Chairman; and(b)two persons having special knowledge of Library Science and Library Administration, not being in the service of the University, to be nominated by the Executive Council.
