173. Amendment of certain Acts.
- Save as otherwise provided in this Act, -(i)in the Odisha Municipal Corporation Act, 2003, sections 242 and 248 shall be omitted; and(ii)in the Odisha Municipal Act, 1950, clauses(e) and (f) of sub-section (1) of section 131 shall be omitted.
