Section 36(1) in Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019
(1)The Annual Report of the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Executive Council and shall be submitted to the Governing Body on such date as may be prescribed and the Governing Body shall consider the report in its annual meeting.
