Section 444A(7)(a) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968

(a)fourteen representatives from member societies out of which, at least three seats shall be reserved according to the provisions of sub-rule (1) of Rule 393 of which one shall be reserved for Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, one for Other Backward Classes of citizens and one for woman;
