Section 2(1) in The U.P. Higher Education Services Commission (Removal Of Difficulties) Order, 1983
(1)The Management of a College may appoint a teacher on purely ad hoc basis, in accordance with the provisions of this Order, in the vacancies occurring in any of the following manner, namely :-(i)creation of new post;(ii)suspension, removal or dismissal of a teacher;(iii)resignation or death of a teacher;(iv)a teacher going on leave for a period of more than ten months;(v)a teacher proceeding on "teacher fellowship" under any scheme of University Grants Commission or any other body.(vi)the retirement of a teacher.
