Section 1 in Himachal Pradesh Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1979
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1979.(2)It extends to the whole of Himachal Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by The [notification] [Act came into force from 13th February, 1981 vide Notification No. HFW11- 2/71, dated 31st July, 1981, published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-ordinary), dated 18th August, 1981, pp. 725-726.] in the Official Gazette appoint in this behalf.
