Section 2(1)(a) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters) Regulations, 2014

(a)'Act' means the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003);
(aa)[ 'Absolute Error' shall mean the absolute value of the error in the actual generation of wind or solar generators which are regional entities with reference to the scheduled generation and the 'Available Capacity' (AvC), as calculated using the following formula for each 15 minute time block: [Added by Notification No. 1/14/2015-Reg.
