Section 15(1) in The U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board (Procedure and Conduct of Business) First Regulations, 1998
(1)The Secretary' shall be assisted by the Accounts Officer in the correct maintenance of accounts and relevant records and in the preparation of periodical returns and reports regarding Board's finances.
