15. Finance.
(1)The Secretary' shall be assisted by the Accounts Officer in the correct maintenance of accounts and relevant records and in the preparation of periodical returns and reports regarding Board's finances.(2)The Accounts Officer shall be responsible to the Secretary for day to day work as also for the efficient working of accounts section.
