Section 34 in West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961
34. Limitation.
(1) An appeal under this Act may be filed within thirty days of the date of the objection or order appealed against.(2)The provisions of sections 5 and 12 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908 (9 of 1908), shall apply to the appeal under this Act.
