11. Committee for inquiry.
(1)For the purpose of section 10, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute a committee consisting of not Jess than three members who shall be officers of a rank not below that of a Secretary to the State Government to be nominated by the State Government, ex-officio.(2)The member who is senior most in service shall be the Chairman of the committee.(3)The committee shall follow such procedure for disposal of its business as may be prescribed.
