Section 11(1) in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001
(1)For the purpose of section 10, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute a committee consisting of not Jess than three members who shall be officers of a rank not below that of a Secretary to the State Government to be nominated by the State Government, ex-officio.
