Section 51(1) in The Chhattisgarh Kushabhau Thakre Patrakarita Avam Jansanchar University Act, 2004
(1)Any member other than ex-officio member of [x x x] [Omitted by C.G. Act No. 15 of 2005 (w.e.f. 25-8-2005).] the Executive Council, Academic Council or any other University Authority or Committee or Dean of a faculty may resign by a letter addressed to Registrar, and the resignation shall take effect as soon as the letter is accepted by Registrar.
