Section 282(a) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(a)at any time when there is fire in the generator, cause or allow the vehicle to stop or remain stationary at a distance of less than 1829 centimetres from any petrol pump or place where petrol is supplied in tins;
