(2)This Act and every other law for the time being applicable to a Deputy Commissioner shall apply to every Additional Collector, when exercising any powers or discharging any duties under Sub-section (1), as if he were the Deputy Commissioner of the [Union territory [Substituted by A.O. (No. 5) 1957 for the words "State"] [*] [Now National Capital Territory of Delhi]
