(1) An Additional Collector shall exercise such powers such duties of the Deputy Commissioner in such cases or classes of cases ad the Chief Commissioner or, in the absence of order from the Chief Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner may direct.(2)This Act and every other law for the time being applicable to a Deputy Commissioner shall apply to every Additional Collector, when exercising any powers or discharging any duties under Sub-section (1), as if he were the Deputy Commissioner of the [Union territory [Substituted by A.O.
