Section 381(1) in Rules under the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910
(1)(i)These rules shall be called the Uttar Pradesh Excise (Licensing under the Surcharge Fee System) First Amendment Rules, 1976.(ii)They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.
