Section 88(c) in The Bihar State Housing Board Act, 1982
(c)to assist the Managing Director or any officer or servant of the Board reasonably demanding his aid for the lawful exercise of any power vesting in the Managing Director or in such officer or servant under this Act or any Rule made thereunder.
