(12)If any one or more members present at a meeting refuse to obey the ruling of the Chairman of the meeting on any matter, he may adjourn the meeting at once and when he has declared the meeting adjourned, he subsequent proceeding of the meeting if any, shall be void and shall not appear in the minutes. In all such cases, the Chairman shall record in his own handwriting in the minute book the reasons for such adjournment unless he is prevented by sufficient cause from doing so.
