Section 28(2) in The Maharashtra State legal Aid and Advice Scheme, 1979
(2)(a)Where action is taken by a legal practitioner under sub-clause (a) of clause (1), he shall give his opinion and advice to the aided person and also send a copy of the same to the Member-Secretary of the Committee.(b)Where action is taken by a legal practitioner under sub-clause (1), has shall forth-with make a report to the Member-Secretary of the Committee on the action taken by him and also make monthly reports to the Member-Secretary in regard to the progress of the legal proceeding. The legal practitioner shall act in accordance with such instructions as may be given to him, from time to time, by the Committee.
