Section 28(2)(a) in The Maharashtra State legal Aid and Advice Scheme, 1979

(a)Where action is taken by a legal practitioner under sub-clause (a) of clause (1), he shall give his opinion and advice to the aided person and also send a copy of the same to the Member-Secretary of the Committee.
