18. Returns.-
(1)The Administration shall furnish to the Central Government a half-yearly report together with accounts and such other information within such time and in such manner as may be specified by the Central Government.(2)The report shall be laid before [Parliament;Subs. by A. O. 1950, for “the Central Legislature”] as soon as may be after it is prepared.
