Section 8(2) in The Legal Metrology (Government Approved Test Centre) Rules, 2013
(2)The verification mark shall contain the following particulars; namely:-(i)the legend "IND" and the code number assigned to the test centre in the upper half of semi circle;(ii)code letter for the quarter of the year and two digits for the year in the lower half of semi circle.
