The affidavit filed on behalf of Superintendent of Police, Shimla reveals that the police has been making serious efforts to execute the warrants of committal issued against the petitioner, but he is still evading the execution.
Let fresh status report be filed on or before next date in respect of progress made in execution of the committal warrants. In the meanwhile search for the petitioner be continued by the police.
