Section 4(6)(i) in The Competition Commission of India (Salary, allowances, other terms and conditions of service of the Secretary and officers and other employees of the Commission and the number of such officers and other employees) Rules, 2009

(i)The Secretary, officers and employees of the Commission appointed on deputation, shall continue to be governed by Provident Fund Schemes as are applicable to them in their parent Ministry or Department or organisation.
