1. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for respondent.
2. Learned counsel for respondent submits that hearing on the show cause notice is continuing and is listed on 29.10.2021 at 11 am before DC, Karol Bagh Zone and petitioner is at liberty to appear and participate in the hearing before the aforesaid officer.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, without prejudice, petitioner shall be appearing and participating in the hearing before the said officer.
4. Further, it is contended by the learned counsel for petitioner that the issue arising in the present petition is identical to the issue arising in W.P. (C) 5340/2016, titled Delhi Factory Owners' Federation Vs. South Delhi Municipal Corporation & Ors. and other connected matters, which are listed on 08.12.2021.
5. Accordingly, list on 08.12.2021 (enbloc date) alongwith the above referred petition.
6. In the meantime, respondents would be at liberty to proceed with the show cause notice and even pass a final order. However, no action of sealing shall be taken, in case the order is adverse to the petitioner till the next date of hearing.
