95. Supervision and control of the chairperson/Chief Executive.
(1)The Chairperson of the Board shall preside over the meeting.(2)Subject to the superintendence of the Board, the general control and direction over all the officers and servants of the Board shall be vested with the Chief Executive of the Board.
