110. Amendment of Section 137.
- In Section 137 of the said Code, in sub-section (1), -(a)in Hindi version, for the words ^^mica/kksa ds vuqlkj ls fHkUu fdlh Hkwfe ls csn[ky fd;k x;k ;k csn[kyh dh izR;k'kk ds Hk; ls the words ^^mica/kksa ds vuqlkj ls vU;Fkk fdlh Hkwfe ls csn[ky fd;k x;k ;k csn[kyh ls vk'kafdr shall be substituted;(b)in clause (0, for the words and punctuation mark "land;" the words and punctuation mark "land; or" shall be substituted.
