Section 24(1) in The Bihar Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1962
(1)The drivers, conductors and line-checking staff employed in an undertaking shall be provided, free of cost by the employer with uniforms and raincoats as specified in Schedule-I and it shall be compulsory for the motor transport workers concerned to be in uniform while on duty.] [Substituted by S.
