Section 1 in The Jammu and Kashmir Electricity (Duty) Act, 1963
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Electricity (Duty) Act, 1963.(2)It extends to the whole of Jammu and Kashmir State.(3)[ It shall came into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.] [Enforced w.e.f 1st April, 1963 by SRO-141 dated 29th March, 1963.]
