Section 34(7) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(7)The Founder may require any officer of the University to furnish him with the information and all papers or copies thereof relating to any matter concerning the University at any point of time. The Founder may also request further consideration of the matter by the authorities or officers concerned or place his views thereon before the Governing Board for their due consideration or may do both.
