35. Power to borrow.
(1)The Marketing Board may, with previous sanction of the State Marketing Officer, raise money required for carrying out the purpose for which it is established, on the security of any property vested in it and of any fees leviable and recoverable by it under this Act.(2)The Marketing Board may, for the purpose of meeting the expenditure on lands, buildings and equipment required for establishing the market, obtain a loan from the Government on such terms and conditions as the Government may determine.
