Section 35(1) in The Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007
(1)The Marketing Board may, with previous sanction of the State Marketing Officer, raise money required for carrying out the purpose for which it is established, on the security of any property vested in it and of any fees leviable and recoverable by it under this Act.
