54.2Before taking any action under clause specified above, the Authority shall issue a notice specifying the reasons thereof asking for a show-cause within 15 days as to why such builder/technical person shall not be debarred/blacklisted. After receipt of the show cause, if any, the same shall be placed before the Authority for a decision on debarring/black listing the technical person/builder. The decision of the Authority in this regard shall be published in the Notice Board of the Authority and the Government website.
