114. [ Penalty. [Substituted by G. N. of 17.7.1974.]
(1)Any person failing to comply with or contravening the provisions of rules 109, 109-A, 111 or 112 shall, on conviction, be punished with a fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.(2)Any person failing to comply with or contravening the provisions of rules 110 or 113 shall, on conviction, be punished with a fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.]
