Section 4(2) in Staff Nurse Class III, Competitive Examination Rules, 2013
(2)The candidate shall declare in the application form whether he or she,, as the case may be, is married and, in the case of the male candidate whether he has more than one wife living and in the case of female candidate whether she married to a man who has already another wife living.
