42. Power to establish pounds for cattle and to appoint keeper.
(1)The [Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] [Substituted by Act A.P.A.O. 1957] shall from time to time appoint such places as he thinks fit to be cattle pounds, and a Police officer of such rank shall be appointed as pound-keeper as the Government may approve.(2)Every pound-keeper so appointed shall discharge his duties subject to the orders of the [Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] [Substituted by Act A.P.A.O. 1957]
