Section 42(1) in Hyderabad City Police Act, 1348 F
(1)The [Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] [Substituted by Act A.P.A.O. 1957] shall from time to time appoint such places as he thinks fit to be cattle pounds, and a Police officer of such rank shall be appointed as pound-keeper as the Government may approve.
