Section 6(1) in Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Officers and Employees Conditions of Service) Regulations, 1999
(1)Until otherwise determined by the Commission the remuneration including the scale of pay, allowances, perquisites and other benefits applicable to the posts and/or categories of the officers and employees of the Commission shall be as specified in Annexure 'B'.
