(1)Until otherwise determined by the Commission the remuneration including the scale of pay, allowances, perquisites and other benefits applicable to the posts and/or categories of the officers and employees of the Commission shall be as specified in Annexure 'B'.(2)The Commission may from time to time vary, alter, modify or change the remuneration including the scale of pay, allowances, perquisites and other benefits applicable to any of the posts and/or categories of the officers and employees of the Commission specified in Annexure 'B'.(3)The Commission may appoint any officer or employee with such further or additional or revised remuneration or benefits as the Commission may consider appropriate.
