Section 40(III) in The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE) Regulations, 2016
(III)The Board may relax the operation of any of these regulations for any entrance test or part thereof where it is necessary to do so in the interest of justice or for smooth conduct of such an entrance test.
