Section 14(1) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access) Regulations, 2005

(1)An Open Access customer shall enter into commercial agreements with the transmission and distribution licensees, SLDC and others, as applicable for use of their transmission and distribution systems;
