Section 29(1) in Bihar Shops & Establishments Act, 1953
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint such persons on such class of persons as it thinks fit to be Inspecting Officers for the purposes of this Act within such local limits as it may assign to them respectively.
